An overview of Wyoming criminal laws that went into effect on July 1, 2019, and effects including laws on justice reform graduated sanctions; post-conviction relief; impersonation through electronic means – spoofing; speeding fines; municipal court – suspension of fines; domestic violence; stalking; orders of protection; and expungement of juveniles. Also, there will be discussion of interim topics on criminal laws for the 2020 Legislative Session including laws on trespass; restricting of theft crimes and “good time” served for inmates.
