Attorneys’ Ethical Duties Towards Clients When Using Technology
During this webinar you will learn about the mandatory steps to evaluate technology. Salar Atrizadeh will discuss an attorney's duties for using technology to transmit or store confidential client information when the technology is susceptible to unauthorized access by third parties (i.e., hacking). Salar will also discuss the relevant authorities (e.g., state bar ethic opinions, how attorneys can protect themselves against liability and digital currencies (e.g., Bitcoin) and whether it can be used by law firms).
